How to pay: (Please read our Policy below before ordering)

1)       By Cheque (U.K. only unless you are obtaining a Bankers Cheque / Draft).

2)       By Postal Order (Overseas Customers consult your Post Office).

3)      We accept payment via  Mastercard and Visa Credit and Debit cards.

(Americans please note: To pay by card, you will have to either call me or send the details to me. There is no such thing as a secure Server – if the Pentagon can be hacked, your Bank or Card Provider can also be hacked! Fact.) If you don’t want to give out your card details, we cannot do business.

4)       With Cash!!

5)       By U.S. Dollars in cash only

6)       By Bank Transfer direct into our Account.

7)      We will now accept Paypal but ONLY if paid using the Friends & Families payment option, you must NOT declare this as a Sale or a Purchase, and if using a Card instead of your Paypal balance to make the payment we will add 5% to the total to cover the fee that they charge. Please inform us at the time of ordering and we will notify you as to which account to make the payment to.

 

Policy

It is our Policy to supply the best and fastest shipping/postage that is available using standard Royal Mail or Parcel Force services. If we ship by Courier, it is to be at the Customers cost. Whenever possible, we ship the same day as we receive payment.

It is the Customers responsibility to inform us if they want to add insurance to the standard cost of delivery: All prices that we quote are for standard delivery, and we are not responsible for goods lost by the above Services. We do keep strict records of when and where items were posted from and retain Proof of Postings for all items. We will always endeavour to seek compensation on behalf of our Customers, but cannot be held responsible for any losses occurred.

Tracking is ONLY included with “Signed For” (previously known as Recorded Delivery) or when adding insurance – otherwise it is an EXTRA cost, it is your responsability to request this service if required.

Customs Declarations: If you need Insurance on goods which require a Customs Declaration, the value insured can ONLY be equal to the value of the goods  declared.

Returns Policy

Goods ordered incorrectly will be replaced at our discretion, postage costs will not be refunded.

Goods ordered correctly but wrong items sent by us will receive full refund.
